Privacy statement
Last updated: 4 May 2026
Rumblings (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This statement explains what information we collect when you visit rumblings.io, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
Who we are
Rumblings is an AI-powered decision-engine for marketers, operated from Sydney, Australia. If you have any questions about this statement, contact us at info@rumblings.io.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you join the waitlist, request a conversation about Intelligence Lab, or otherwise contact us, you may provide your name, work email, company, role, and any details you choose to include in a message. We only collect what you submit.
Information collected automatically. Our web server logs standard request metadata – IP address, user agent, page requested, timestamp – for security, abuse prevention, and basic traffic analysis. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or fingerprinting tools on this site.
Cookies. This site does not set tracking cookies. We may use a single technical cookie if needed to remember a session preference, and will update this statement if we do.
How we use information
We use the information you submit to:
- respond to your request (e.g. invite you to a waitlist cohort, schedule a conversation)
- send you occasional updates about Rumblings if you have asked to receive them
- understand which sections of the site are useful
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We share it only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the site (e.g. our automation tooling and email provider), and only to the extent needed.
Data retention
We keep contact submissions for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing info@rumblings.io.
Where data is stored
Form submissions are routed through our automation infrastructure (n8n) and stored in databases hosted in the European Union and Australia. Email correspondence is processed by Google Workspace.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the Australian Privacy Principles, the GDPR, or other privacy laws to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email us.
Children
Rumblings is not intended for use by anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this statement
We will update this page when our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when the most recent change was made.
